What does a motto or a slogan say about a company? How important is it? Stop and think for a moment about some of your favorite television commercials. What stands out in your mind when you think about them? Is it the product or is it the presentation or catchy slogan that catches and keeps your attention? Your motto or slogan's sole purpose should be to clearly identify you and your company. It should be powerful enough to stand on its own to the point that when it is seen or heard, it immediately becomes the banner for your company. For example what companies come to mind when you hear "just do it" and "you are now free to move about the country". I bet you can identify with at least one of these slogans.
When we developed Pinnacle Training Group, our purpose was to not only educate and motivate you but also to initiate you into action. Each member of the Pinnacle team make it a personal goal to insure that what we provide you is more than just a way to spend a few hours away from the office. Because of this belief, our philosophy is very clear. It is to convey our highest commitment that what we share in the classroom will have immediate impact in the workplace, thus our motto TRAIN UP!
So as you browse our website or attend a training session you will be introduced at some point to those two powerful little words "train up". It is who we are, it is our culture and we welcome the opportunity to share are approach and attitude on business and team building with you and your organization.
TRAIN UP!
