Richard Kelsheimer, Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer
As an executive coach and leadership trainer it is my goal to listen, thoughtfully evaluate and inspire business leaders to become "Significant"! To walk with them on their journey and encourage them to focus and to be "Exceptional" at what they do best! To teach each of them to appreciate and respect everyone for each has a story to be told and a legacy to leave. To always look for the best in others, to know when to speak and when to listen and always encourage those in their sphere of influence to find the best in themselves. Your problems are my problems, your success my success. I have spent the last 40 years doing just that. If you truly want to make a difference, then let us do it together.
